                         Vegetables and fruits are very very good to our body specially to our heath. We should all eat vegetables and fruits everyday to make our body strong healthy. Vegetables and fruits can help us to prevent sickness that can destroy our body and our health.Vegetables and fruits are not only delicious,it can also gives vitamins and minerals and many many more that can make our body strong and healthy,it can also cure many serious illness, like cancer and  different heart diseases.
                     
                          We don't need to buy expensive foods to have a healthy body,and we don't need to buy expensive medicines to make our body healthy.We just need to eat vegetables and fruits to make our body healthy.
